Создание кликабельных ссылок для mysql в Stack Overflow
Мне нужна помощь с этим, я попытался сделать ссылки кликабельными в

но мне не повезло, это работает, прежде чем я попытаюсь добавить гиперссылки, я не уверен, что я делаю неправильно.

Решение
Если цель a это перенаправить страницу с url variables/parameters тогда это сделает работу:

Вам просто нужно получить значения, используя $_GET['variable_name'] от search.php,
Я не вижу необходимости h3 в url,
