как добавить все кнопки социальных сетей на главной странице cs cart

Мне нужно отобразить кнопку «Поделиться в социальных сетях», чтобы поделиться страницей моего блога в корзине cs. Как сделать ?

     I have following code in meta.tpl

In BLog page :-

Nothing Display in facebook share link ..
I need to share the description,image and so on.

Please help me.How to do...
