Вы также должны отправлять сообщения постоянно. Это решение со стороны клиента. В Java / JMS вы устанавливаете DeliveryMode.PERSISTENT при отправке сообщений. В других клиентских средах, таких как MQTT, есть другие способы указать его, такие как QoS = 1 или 2.

Другие решения

Чтобы включить постоянство на брокере, вам нужно выбрать адаптер постоянства. Вы сделали это, указав в activemq.xml, что вы хотите использовать KahaDB.

Хорошо, теперь брокер знает, что вы хотите сохранить входящие сообщения, но клиент все равно может переопределить этот параметр. Для этого вам нужно указать при отправке сообщения, что вы хотите, чтобы оно было сохранено.
